frill collar dress has a raw edged frill collar and the gentle v neck can be slipped on over your head. there are long sleeves and frilled cuffs, the dress falls almost to the ankle. frill dress has a yoked back with a tie belt attached at the back. it is cut from an ethereal yet durable, washable silk cotton voile. and comes with a silk slip inside.
